Understanding culture and digitalisation

We aim to understand how organisational culture can foster or hinder digitalisation. Our first activity is to carry out the industry-wide IEA Wind Task 43 Culture Questionnaire. The aim of the survey is to understand how well organisational and team culture in the wind energy sector enables or fosters digitalisation. The survey is now closed, and we hope to present the results at the WindEurope Annual Event 2025.

Skills toolbox creation

We are developing a “skills” toolbox for organisations to provide teams and team leaders with the necessary digital skills. This will include communication skills, priority-setting skills in the fast-moving digital world, building trust, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion related skills.

The IEA Wind Task 43 Culture Questionnaire

Our first activity is to carry out the industry-wide IEA Wind Task 43 Culture Questionnaire. The aim of the survey is to understand how well organisational and team culture in the wind energy sector enables or fosters digitalisation. Any person active in the wind energy sector can participate, and the results will be used anonymously in order to develop recommendations for fostering digitalisation in wind energy through culture. We hope to present the results at the WindEurope Annual Event 2025. You can still contribute! It takes you five minutes and is still open until Sep. 30th, 2024. Access it here.
