participating countries
• Approval of documents will be done during the meeting and if needed afterward by email
ballot
• Tasks organized in Strategic Objectives sessions
• Task presentations 15 minutes plus Q&A at the end of each session
• Country presentations 15 minutes plus Q&A at the end of each session
• Recorded presentations uploaded on the ExCo SharePoint site
• Use chat to post questions plus other online questions tools
• Meeting organized by Secretariat using Zoom/Teams
• Strict enforcement of presentation timekeeping
